* Newborns under 6 months are Free with an Adult adjustment *
* CASH or CHECK only *
Packages:
$200 ( 10 Office Visits ) $50 savings
$110 ( 5 Office Visits ) $15 savings
* All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase *
